Parkour is the process of exploring all of the physical challenges one is capable of doing, and carefully expanding that list through learning new techniques and improving physical fitness over time. It involves running, jumping, crawling, climbing, vaulting, swinging and all other natural movement patterns innate to human beings.
Our Mission
At Innate Movement Parkour, we teach the discipline of parkour safely and progressively. It is our intention to convey our passion for the practice while supporting our students in their process of self-mastery. We believe parkour can be a holistic discipline that serves to support a healthy lifestyle for its practitioners and we strive to convey this approach to our students. We believe wholeheartedly that recklessness has no place in the practice of parkour and being humble and self-aware of one’s limits at a given moment is vital.
Our Vision
We strive to be the safest parkour gym in the world. We understand that there can be trade-offs between performance and longevity, and in those instances we will encourage our community members to choose longevity.
